MC424411 – Microsoft is updating the subject line and body of service health notification emails to make it easier for you to grasp key information quickly.

Here are the specific changes to the emails:

When will this change roll out:

Standard Release: Microsoft will begin rolling out in late September 2022 and expect to complete by early October 2022.

How this will affect your organization:

If you have automated systems that parse these emails, you may need to update them to recognize the new subject line and email structure.

Update any systems that do automatic processing of service health emails.
