M365 Changelog: Microsoft 365 admin center – Adoption Score New Insights and Page redesign for the ‘Meetings’ People Experience category

MC480721 – Microsoft is releasing an updated meetings page with new insights and data on pre, during and post meeting features under people experiences in Adoption Score. The new page will have an updated scoring logic and will provide transparency on which recommended practices affect your score, which recommended practices show the most significant growth and also areas for improvement.

When this will happen:

Rollout will begin in early December and is expected to be complete by late December.

How this will affect your organization:

In Microsoft Admin Center under Reports -> Adoption Score -> People Experiences -> Meetings, Microsoft has rolled out an updated meetings page with new insights and data on pre, during and post meeting features under people experiences in Adoption Score. 

The scoring framework for meetings in Adoption score has been updated from a single primary insight to an aggregate score across the meeting experience. As a result, organizations should expect their meeting score to change.

The new page will have an updated scoring logic and provides transparency on which recommended practices affect your score, which recommended practices show the most significant growth and areas for improvement. The updated page shows insights into recommended practices across the meeting experience, from set-up to the meeting itself, to the critical post-meeting follow-up.

Note: This release is made available to all worldwide tenants who have Adoption Score activated.
