This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 94872
When this will happen:
Microsoft will start rolling this out in late May and expect to complete by early June.
How this will affect your organization:
Users of e-signature approvals will now only be required to login to their e-sign provider every 30 days.
What you need to do to prepare:
You might want to notify your users about this change and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
