    Also can someone explain what does microsoft mean by this statement

    “All physical cores on the server must be licensed, subject to a minimum of 8 core licenses per physical processor and a minimum of 16
    core licenses per server”

    What do they mean server ? as an instance of a full blown OS or a physical BOX like for instance Dell PowerEdge Server ?

    Also from an official microsoft document

    “Standard: When all cores on the server are licensed (subject to a minimum of 8 core licenses per physical processor and a
    minimum of 16 core licenses per server), Standard has rights to use two OSEs or two Hyper-V containers and unlimited Windows
    Server containers.”

    Does this mean one key can be installed on two OSes on different servers or has to be on same server like dual boot ?
