Accounts are local. There is no Active Directory or other support infrastructure. QUESTION: Is there a way to disable the password for the admin user, but keep the login with the PIN and/or fingerprint? The regular user account needs a password for remote login. Obviously, an administrator account is needed for certain tasks. So I can’t just delete or disable the admin account. But I would like to set this up so privilege escalation can only be done while physically at the PC; i.e. using PIN and/or fingerprint. The likelihood that the regular user account will need to escalate privileges while logged in remotely is so low that it is not worth the risk. Thanks.
