I’ve recently inherited a Windows 2012 Network with Win10 clients.
One of the GPO’s is to deploy Bitlocker onto all laptops.
I have recently added a Laptop to the domain. I’ve run gpresult (admin mode) on the client and it shows the bitlocker policy was applied. Bitlocker is NOT turned on on the client but from within Active Directory if I click properties on the computer it shows details within the Bitlocker tab.
I’m new to Bitlocker from GPO is this normal. Do I need to
1 – Manually enable Bitlocker on the client (with a PIN)
2 – Force Bitlocker onto the client (How?)

    Any help appreciated
