Hi, I have searched the forum for an issue that is similiar to mine but could not find anything.
My issue concerns html emails.
After sending an html mail for the first time the email appears as it should with all styling in place. Which is fine, but once that same mail is forwarded the recipient recieves an email that is completely unstructured with no styling applied.
It seems as though Outlook has copied all the css which in the original email was referenced externally in a tag in the header portion of the html document and placed it into a style tag in the forwarded mail. Which I am sure is great but the only thing is that none of the css is being applied in the forwarded mail.
Is this a setting in outlook or is there something that needs to be done to the css in order for the forwarded mail to have the same visual appearance as the original mail that was sent?
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
