Virtual server 2005 question

    OK, is there away to boot the virtual machines into command prompt, reason i ask is im had a couple boot up and say something like ntoskrnl.exe is missing or something like that…and with pyhsical machines u can fix that sometimes boot up and repairing the file. Is there any tools to do stuff on boot up of the virtual machines?
