Entourage 2008 immediately resolved the name when sending a message. However, Outlook 2007 on two different workstations exhibit some strange behaviors. 1. A new e-mail message to SIS Change Control Board does not resolve the name. 2. If I search the Address Book by “All Groups,” it appears. 3. If I search the Address Book by “All Address Lists” or “Global Address List,” it does not. The basic set theory I learned back in grade school tells me that “All Groups” should be a member of “All Address Lists.” And the Address Book drop-down menu gives that impression. Or are Microsoft Venn Diagrams not compatible with standard Venn Diagrams? Author Posts Viewing 1 post (of 1 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
