We have a Exchange 2010 organization, on which we have dozens of seperate businesses divided up by Address List Policies and Custom Attributes.
We want to create an entry in each clients GAL which has a reference to our helpdesk email address ([email protected]) but I am unsure as to how to go about this.
I created a new GAL and Address list which I then added a test member to, and have it a unique custom attribute. I then added that Address list to a companys Address Book Policy. The address list appears in their address book, but as expectedly, as a seperate entity rather than in their own GAL or AL. As such, no clients would see that address unless they manually used the drop-down on the address book pane.
Is there any way at all I can get the [email protected] email address to show up in each clients GAL or address list?
