Unable to see Free/Busy Time

    I am using Exchange 2003 SP2.

    I have a user that cannot see Free/Busy times when she sends a meeting request.
    Everyone else can see them without a problem.
    I tried this in OWA on her computer and it works.
    I tried recreating her profile locally on her machine.
    I also tried setting up her profile on another machine – it seems to work.

    Does anyone have an idea of how to get this to work on her primary machine.

    My next step is trying to repair her version of outlook.

    Any ideas?
