We have Exchange 2003 & Symantec for Exchange installed on this Server.
We send mails directly using our DNS service.
We see a few messages once a day in my Exchange Server 2003 is being queue up and not sent immediately. I highlighted two of the emails in the queue box and this are the message I get below:
“unable to open the message for delivery”
When we open the the stuck queue & find the messages we see a red box mark of each them.All of these messages report after 2 days NDR.
There is any option to release these messages & why its happen?
