Unable to import/export from/to csv file

Hi all,

For some reason we do not have the option to import or export from/to a .csv file in Outlook 2003.

The only file format available when we try to export is .pst, and on import all we have is Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, Personal Address Book, or .pst.

We’re running Outlook 2003 SP3 & Exchange 2007. I’m positive this option has been available in the past, and the only changes since then I’m aware of is normal patching of the Outlook client (SP3) and upgrade from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007, but I can find no references to this preventing this option.

I’ve ruled out any group policy settings, and can’t see much else to try..

Any help greatly appreciated.
