TS server licencing moving to another server how?

ok, I have Two 2003 server Server 01 and server 02. I need to get rid of Server 01 and move all the roles to server 02

bit of funny situation

under server role of server 01 TS server says its not installed but under administrative tool its looks to be installed I can see All three TS Licensing, TS service configuration and TS service manager. And under licensing its shows that SERVER01 is the licence server.

Any idea why and how this happen?

Now i need to move the lot to the server 02.

So i assume

step 1. install TS role on Server 02
Step 2 Deactiave TS licence from SErver 01
Step 3 Actiavate TS licence on Server 02
Step 4 Try connecting to TS server from the client

Now did i miss anything? or anything else involved?
