We’ve got control back of our router and switches, but the Win 2K3 SBS Standard isn’t playing ball… :( So, we’ve managed to reset local password, and I was all ready to follow http://petri.com/reset_domain_admin_password_in_windows_server_2003_ad.htm, but when I login in Directory Service Restore Mode it says it needs activation, asking for a confirmation ID. Damn! I managed to find a tool which says it can stop the activation, but it needs to boot in Safe Mode, and to do that I need the domain admin password, which is what I was trying to get in the first place! Catch 22! Any help much appreciated. :) Author Posts Viewing 1 post (of 1 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
