I have a exchange server 2007 and Outlook 2007 clients.
we have a trusted doman and linked mailboxes in the trusted domain.
users in the trusted domain can not use out of office or add in shared mailboxes.
when i tried to do the test e-mail i get an error saying:
autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings
when i try to do the out of office i get the error:
You Out Of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later.
When i try to add a shared mailbox i receive the error
Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder location.
I have checked this key on the client:: [FONT="][/FONT]Outlook 2007: HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Office/12.0/Outlook/Autodiscover
And there is nothing that mentions about the domain that im on,
In this directory C:PROGRA~1MICROS~2Office12OUTLOO~1 there is no .xml file for my domain.
