Time Sync 2 domains

Hi,
I have 2 domains, 1 is a physical and the other one is on a Vsphere environment. On the VSpere there is a setup to one of our cisco switch that acts as a ntp. So the virtual servers are getting their time from there (this is setup in Vsphere). But we have some issues in our trust between those 2 domains. I must revalidate the trust often. The AD controller in domain A is 1 minute behind the AD controller in domain B. Can this cause issues? Does somebody know how i can point the time service in AD controller A to point to the ntp (cisco switch) and take the time from there?
