Hello,
Does anybody know anything about how to switch a device(blackberry phone) on the Blackberry server express edition?
The user already has an account on the blackberry server. His phone went down. Is there a switch device wizard on the server?
Are there any procedures I could perform to make this a seamless change over, or do I have to delete users and re-add with the new device(blackberry phone)?Thank you very much
