I’m doing this all in a test environment before I do it live. Here’s my issue: I was successful upgrading from SQL Express 2008 R2 SP1 to SP2 I then tried to install the SQL 2012 Upgrade advisor but it told me to install scriptdom during the installation. I did that and then the upgrade advisor for SQL 2012 did install successfully. I then ran the Upgrade advisor and after it finished it gave me an an error in the Upgrade Advisor report. Here’s the error: The best practice group returned null result DPVSWITHDATETIME I can’t seem to find anything about this on the Internet at this time. Here’s my environment and all the software are downloaded trial versions Windows 7 Enterprise SQl Express 2008 R2 SQl 2008 R2 SP2 Sql 2012 standard Any help would be appreciated.
