We have deployed TMG MP on SCOM 2007 , and we are receiving a lot of alerts indicating that Microsoft Forefront TMG Managed Control Service Monitor reports an error , we check the service and find it is started ,, it restarts for a while .

how could we make a monitor to check the service and don’t send alert directly and wait for a moment validate again then trigger an error?

Or check the event that indicate the service is stopped and wait a while before sending the alert , and whithin this time if the service started , no need to send an alert .

    Any Idea??
