    Hi all,

We are a school and have a server set up to send automatic email alerts for a science project to another domain.

However, the emails are being rejected by the destination because of the “Received” field shown in bold below. We know this from the logs. I pulled this section from the email header:

    Received: (from [email protected])
    by server.domain.edu (8.14.4/8.14.4/Submit) id t88ELoYo004727
for [email protected]; Tue, 8 Sep 2015 14:21:50 GMT
    From: root

Is there anyway to replace the “[email protected]” with what appears in the From field, “[email protected]” as that is what is expected at the other end?
