Problem:- Outlook 2007 keeps defaulting to internal exchange server rather than corporate exchange server.
Customer using SBS 2011 only for AD, Web Access – files, printing and storage. All laptops with Outlook 2007 – Email is used via http exchange server hosted externally. Internal Exchange server is not used.
When I configure outlook to use http exchange server it will work fine, until they reboot. Upon reboot, Outlook 2007 decided it wants to connect to the internal mail server and prompts for username and password. I then have to close outlook and reconfigure again.
Please can someone help, this is driving me nuts ;-)
