SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 new hardware

I’ve been tasked with migrating our sbs2003 server to a new sbs2011 server. Our company has around 20 users, we use exchange and have a few satellite offices of which one is in a different country (3 users).
Am I right in understanding that if I go down the MS route for migration, that we would need to re-attach the clients in those sub offices to the new domain (as it can’t be the same as the existing)?
The other alternatives are to do a swing migration from sbsmigration.com (keep same domain) or to build a new server and import from PST (exchange) and recreate all the shares and permissions etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
