hello everybody, i’m now facing problem with cisco 892 router…

i’ve two network, one is 172.30.50.0/255.255.255.0 and another is 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0.
i want to get routing between this two network with cisco 982 router.
    892 router has 2 WAN interfaces, Fe8 & Ge0.
    so i configured Fe8 with 172.30.50.101 / 255.255.255.0
    then i put Ge0 with 192.168.1.101 / 255.255.255.0 …
after that, i call show ip route and displayed like as below

    Router01#show ip route
    Codes: L – local, C – connected, S – static, R – RIP, M – mobile, B – BGP
D – EIGRP, EX – EIGRP external, O – OSPF, IA – OSPF inter area
    N1 – OSPF NSSA external type 1, N2 – OSPF NSSA external type 2
    E1 – OSPF external type 1, E2 – OSPF external type 2
    i – IS-IS, su – IS-IS summary, L1 – IS-IS level-1, L2 – IS-IS level-2
    ia – IS-IS inter area, * – candidate default, U – per-user static route
    o – ODR, P – periodic downloaded static route, + – replicated route

Gateway of last resort is not set

172.30.0.0/16 is variably subnetted, 2 subnets, 2 masks
    C 172.30.50.0/24 is directly connected, FastEthernet8
    L 172.30.50.101/32 is directly connected, FastEthernet8
192.168.1.0/24 is variably subnetted, 2 subnets, 2 masks
    C 192.168.1.0/24 is directly connected, GigabitEthernet0
    L 192.168.1.101/32 is directly connected, GigabitEthernet0

my question is why Fe8 interface subnetted with 172.30.50.101/32???
also for Ge0 interface … how can i fix this??
how to configure to get routing between this two networks??

    plz help me!!!!!!!!!
