I need to to show users free busy times and the subject of the meeting. At the moment it responds correctly but does not show any free/busy information in “Scheduling” (Outlook 2007).
And with Server 2003 there was an immediate popup if a meeting room is free or not. With the resource ( an new one) in 2010 users get an mail which is not as intuitive as the popup. Can I get the popup back? I think it’s just the problem that users do not see free/busy information as this behaviour was similar to 2003 ressources with wrong permissions. But since I can not log on with a 2010 ressource I do not know how to chnage the permission for a group (not users!).
