I’ve made a virtual drive from a folder using the subst command: subst x: e:datamacdata (for easy transfer of files to and from my mac emulator drive image – I’m using Basilisk II) The new drive is called ‘data’ because partition e is called data; every virtual drive made with the subst command gets the name of the partition in which the target lives. Unfortunately, the label command doesn’t work together with the subst command and renaming from the right-click menu doesn’t work either. How do I rename virtual drive X: from ‘data’ to ‘macdata’? Preferably as a command that I can add to a batch file? Author Posts Viewing 1 post (of 1 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
