    Hello forum!

I’ve done some reading regarding how calendar settings work for resource mailbox (Scheduling Horizon/Booking Window, et. al) and now have an inquiry:

Is it possible, either via Powershell/Exchange Management Shell or via settings within an Exchange Management Console to set a numeric limit on how many instances of a recurring meeting can be set?

For example: On my resource mailbox’s calendar “Conference Room 1”, is there a way to set it up such that all users can setup recurring meetings, but only allow a specified number of 5 meetings per person.

I understand the scheduling horizon and booking window can accomplish this logically, but wanted to know if there is any way to set a numeric limit via some property of a calendar.

Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Best,

    Scott
