    Hi all,
    I have a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition with 3 HD (really there are 6 HDs with a hardware RAID 1)
    These 3 disks (let’s call disk 0,1,2 each 70 GB) are configured as “dynamic disk” and there are 2 volumes

    Volume C = 15 GB of disk 2
    Volume D = 55 GB of disk 2 + disk 1 + disk 0 = 200 GB

    Now disk management says that Volume D status is Healthy (At risk) (see attachment);
    Disk 2 status is Online(errors), Disk 0 and 1 status is Online
    I found that is possible to select disk 2 and “reactivate” it

    Volume D is used for SQL Server data files; I have continuous read/write operation; is it possible to
    “reactivate” my disk in any moment or is it necessary to stop all read / write operations ? (stop SQL Server ?)
    Thank you
