RDP Printer not working

Hello
We are running Windows server 2003 Terminal Servers. We have a company we allow to use our sage server. They connected to us by a VPN connection then RDP to the Terminal server. They want to install a printer on their side. What we have done in the past is install the printer to LTP on the terminal server which is a HP universal Printer Driver pcl6 v5.26.9321 which I download from HP so when the user RDP to the server it picks this up is that correct? On the RDP session local resource are ticked. This is not working the printer is set then in event ID is unpublishedHELP
