I recently took over ordering T1’s for a company and have received the ip address information in various ways. Recently I received the following from Level 3, and am wondering if I am reading this right

IP Version: IPv4
Edge Device/Port: edge1.phx1 – t1-2/1/0:2:9
Upstream Device/Port: Facility ID : 258/T3/PHNDAZ91/PHNDAZ91
Vlan:
WAN Network: 4.31.xxx.88/30 level3 wan .89 customer wan .90 -+-
Cust. LAN IPs: 4.31.xxx.192/29 Route -+-
Given the above, would I address my wan interface as such:

ip: 4.31.xxx.90
sub. 255.255.255.252
gway 4.31.xxx.88

Thanks for any replies…
