Hoping you can help – I have one client with approx 15 users on push email and Samsung Galaxy S3 phones. The push email facility tends to stop/start sporadically and in recent weeks has started to show the contents of emails differently to how they are show in Outlook on a workstation.
For example, one user can communicate with another via their mobile devices, one of them will receive a reply but the email will contain the contents of another email to someone completely different, or sometimes the contents of earlier correspondence.
But when the email is checked on the machine everything seems OK. After checking the machine the mobile device corrects itself.
It’s an odd issue which I have never seen before but is starting to become a real issue.
The Push Email setup hasn’t been setup particularly well but it does seem to work on via iPads and iPhones, so I know that the issue is isolated to the handsets.
Any advice or suggestions would be great appreciated.
