I have created a resource mailbox (room) and have modified default calendar permissions from Free/Busy time to Free/Busy time, subject, location. This allows all users when using scheduling assistant to see who has booked the room (in default config it would only show as “busy”) This is works great for full outlook 2010 clients however OWA users using scheduling assistant only show the room as “busy” . In calender view the room shows the correct details. Is this a limitation of OWA scheduling assistant or am i missing something?
