Outlook to Hosted Exchange Connection Issues

    Hi,
    I could really use some help with this issue.
    I have one computer that cannot connect to our new hosted exchange service. Here is what I have tried so far:

    (I turned off the windows firewall, windows defender and symantec before doing the following)

    1. Connecting to her exchange account via owa on the offending computer.

    This was successful.

    2. Setting up her outlook account/profile on a different computer.

    This was also successful.

    3. Did the following registry edit;
    HKey_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Lsa Inside the LSA key, right click on the right side window, Click New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, type the name EXACTLY LmCompatibilityLevel press enter, then edit this key and put the value as 1.

    This did not work

    4. Created a different user on the same pc and tried to configure outlook.

    This did not work

    5. Repaired office 2010 pro plus

    This did not work

    6. Uninstalled/Reinstalled office 2010 pro plus

    This did not work

    The pc is running windows 7 pro 32 bit.

    I am out of ideas at this point, any help would be greatly appreciated
