Outlook To: field blank after sending

    Does anyone know what could be causing this. User does a reply to all – names show up in the To: field. User then opens sent items and any recipients that are outside of domain are not there. When user checks with recipient(S), they did receive the email. It only sems to be happening intermittently. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!:idea:
