We have a Staff of about 6000 users. Over the past few weeks several users have reported their Autocomplete in Outlook is gone even mine . But the addresses are in OWA. Recreating the users Outlook or Windows profile doesn’t fix the problem. I can fix it if I download NK2 edit. Copy the info that is there in their Autocomplete file to another file. Clear theirs, create a new one and merge the data with it and Outlook will show that.
My question is why might this be happening more and more but not to everyone. Is there something on the server I can look at?
