I am testing a Room mailbox calendar and have found that my test users can only see appointments on the Room calendar when logged into OWA. They cannot see them through Outlook (2010). …Actually, a couple of the test appointments show up merely as “busy” but only after restarting Outlook. This occurs both in cached mode or not cached.
I setup the Room mailbox through the Exchange (2010) Management Console and enabled the Resource Booking Attendant. I am just about ready to give up on Room mailboxes and do it the old fashioned way with a cheesy shared calendar associated with a regular user mailbox. Can anyone help?
