I have a client who has a Self-signed SSL certificate at present.

They are migrating to office365, which needs a valid SSL to make the OA connection.

Could I get away with just a standard SSL Certificate ? I know it’s not the designed intent, but it seems like it’s possible to do. This would be a (slightly) cheaper option.

what about trial SSL certicicates? I can see these exist, but they are usually only SSL certificates and not UCC certs.

    any thoughts?
