Hello, all.
In some project based on Cisco switches (26/28XX) routers (36/39XX) and microwaves NEC we have a packet losses more than 10%…
Stages of problem monitoring:
1. Connecting PC on both sides of microvawe (only a microwave) and checking the network with pinglotter. Network status – OK, packet loss on minimum level of 2 or 3 disconnections for 24 hours of work.
2. when Cisco is involved in it – we have a lot ot packet losses…
I think that the problem is that NEC has not a buffer, so when it “busy” it drops the packets.
So we need to “delay” a packets by cisco…
Some one is familiar with the problem like this one?
Thank you.
