Totally OT, but I thought hell, if I won’t ask I won’t know.
So here goes: As you may already know I’m going to the Global MVP Summit in Seattle and Redmond, WA, in March. Because I’ve never been to the west coast I thought I’d take 10 days off my busy schedule and have a nice R&R. My initial plans are to fly Tel-Aviv > LAX on the 1st of March, rent a car, and spend the next 10 days on road till I reach Seattle on the 10th or 11th of March.
So my question is do you have any sightseeing tips, driving tips, places I should visit, places I should avoid? I plan to take highway #1 north, but I can take my time and if there’s something really worth seeing along the way I can make detours as needed.
My main objective is to take it easy, not rush my way. I would like to make a list of 10 night stops along the way, make sure I have a place to spend the night in on each of the 10 nights I have, and to draw a line that connects these spots.
I’d love to hear your opinions.
