Migrate from 2003 AD to 2008 AD

Hi Everyone,

Am trying to migrate from 2003 server to 2008 server. My current set up is active directory having one dc, Dc1 running windows 2003. I have installed windows 2008 on different machine Dc2 and now am trying to promote this server as DC. But am prompted with some error

Event viewer given below. Please help to resolve this issue.
