Hi All. We’ve got 3 offices each with their own forest/domain. We’re looking at ways to centralise and streamline admin.
At the moment when a user is created on one site, email contacts need to be created in the other sites. Users end up with multiple log ins for different services because apps can’t access the external DCs for authorisation. Each of these log ins is created manually for each app.
Obviously the ultimate solution is a single domain over 3 sites.
In the meanwhile would setting up trusts be the way to go to solve (some) of the above?
I undestand (mostly) what a trust can achieve but can it also be used to share email address lists and such?
