I was hooking up a new computer for someone and tried to import their old archived emails when I got a message about the message store being too large. The import quit and I didn’t see any trace of any imported messages so I assumed it rolled back and didn’t end up doing anything. However, the user is getting mailbox over the limit emails saying that his mailbox is full. I don’t see any signs of the messages that are causing this. From what I can see from an Outlook client on his machine, he has a very minimal amount of actual emails. Where should I be looking for these rogue emails so I can remove them?
