We use IAS here as a RADIUS server to authenticate wireless clients.
We’ve got over 50 access points, and some locations have multiple AP’s, on different channels, which was supposed to share the load, as 32 clients associated with one AP slows things down considerably
Problem is, every client in a room will latch onto the strongest signal, no matter how many are already connected.
Was just wondering if there is a way within IAS to limit the number of computers/users granted access per RADIUS client?
Or is it something that would have to be set on each access point?
They’re Cisco Aironet 1121’s (and a few 1130’s), and although I have had a look in the configs for them, I cant find anything to limit clients
