    Dear friends,

I have a LAN consisting of 2 XP pro. machines. They are connected via a DSL router/modem (built-in switch). One machine has high-speed access to the router (html-based configuration utility), the other machine’s access speed is slower than an analog modem. The router is a Speedport W 701V. The cabling is Patch/Cat5/RJ45 Fast Ethernet. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

    Thomas
