At the school I am currently working we have been using Windows XP with no issues.
We have started expanding the school and were forced to take on windows 7 workstations.

We have a Linux-server at each campus for the locally stored information and intra-network connections,

Problem we have is that our KIX logon-script is not running on our windows 7 computers, whereas if we use windows XP we don’t have any problems.

    Any advice would be appreciated

Windows 7 has UAC switched off.
we get the same if logon as Admin status or Local user.
Linus is a version of Ubuntu. school Karoshi server.
