how to work with dns solution and not a fix ip on uvnc

Hi.
My new website is up and one of the services I provide is remote help.
A client that goes into my sit’ just has to click the vnc icon, download the file ‘ run it and click the line that says: internet support 1.
I understand that I have to install the full version or the server version on my p.c(the one that has the control).
I want the connection to be automatic and as soon as the client click the internet support’ the vnc will be opened at my p.c.
I can’t get a fixed ip from my provider and I ask’ is it possible to do this with a dns solution like no-ip or any other dns solution?
and also how do I configure it
