How to move user account / profile to NEW TS Box

I have an existing TS box with 100+ users. Working great. I need to migrate these users from the TS-01 box to the TS-02 box. How can I easily do that without having to have them login, setup outlook, etc. all over again?

I want to migrate / move all of their settings, favorites, etc. along with files, shortcuts, +++ over to the new TS box.

My users are dumb. They cannot setup an outlook profile. When I first set this up a few years ago I had to create each profile by logging on as them and configuring everything. Don’t want to do that again.

So, how is it done? Suggestions welcome.
