We have an issue with regards to populating collections with members. Since the 14th March, it hasn’t been happening. No collections show members. We have updated the membership and used F5 to populate. The hour glass just hangs. A new collection was created and it is the same issue.

This is an extract from the colleval.log.

The event viewer states the below, round about the time we felt collections stopped populating.

16:33:42 Installation Successful: Windows successfully installed the following update: Hotfix for Windows (KB981889)

    The update has been uninstalled.

The realtime AV scanning has been disabled. It is a ForeFront Client.

The ForeFront endpoint protection was installed last week but the collections have worked since then.

Any advice would be appreciated. Google brings up some good articles but as yet, nothing that has provided us with a fix.
