Ftps & TLS

    Have had a FTP server running now for a couple years setup to use FTPS – explicit mode. All has been good up until a couple months back. All of a sudden the mobile clients cannot connect any longer when using either AT&T or Sprint. Logging on using a wireless connection from remote seems to work fine as does using T-Mobile. The log on a phone using Sprint indicated it was a TLS issue. I do not have a commercial cert but created a self-signed cert and I do believe it is SSL v3. I understand that SSL v3 is an accident waiting to happen but am not sure how to change it nor can I find how to correct the TLS issue. Appreciate any help on this issue.
