Few email sending out delay and not send Exchange

I have a weird issue. I have a Exchange server 2007 and I keep getting delay responses in my inbox on just these 2 email addresses. I will send this e-mail and it doesn’t matter if its 2kb or 2mb it does the same thing.

I have Exchange setup using POP3 connector so it checks for mail every 10 minutes and have SMTP connector created for sending out.

Any help is appreciated.
